Starting a new home build project can be a daunting process. At Leap Constructions, our aim is to ease you into our build procedures and ensure you fully understand each step along the way.

Leap Constructions is a full service building company. 'Full Service' means we can help you with your project through the various stages from conception to planning and council approvals, right through to lock-up. If you already have building plans and are only looking for a builder, we can help you with that too.

Unlike the large building and development companies, Leap Constructions does not use standard designs. We don't believe a family should modify their way of life to suit a new home. Instead, we encourage you to customise the design to suit your family's lifestyle; add a rumpus room, change a 4th bedroom to a media room, include a Balinese spa hide-away, or attach a parents' retreat to the main bedroom. We'll work with your draftsman, or ours, to make your new house a dream home. For once you can make a home that works for your family instead of the other way around.

With the right design, we will manage the draftsman or architect and council approvals to bring your project through to the build phase. When construction starts, you remain an integral part of the process as we consult with you every step of the way. The internal finishings and fittings is the most intensive build stage for you as many decisions are required. We have reliable interior designers ready for consultation to help you should the need arise.

Being a locally owned and operated company, when you choose Leap Constructions to manage the build, you get the security of tried and tested, fully qualified and BSA licensed trades people. Our local experience and industry contacts ensures a smooth process during the build phase. The only unreliable link in our building process is the Brisbane weather and nobody can control that!
